A Wild Ride Off the Turnpike

This rental truck took quite a detour after running up the back of a wedge trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike, launching off the roadway, into the woods, and ultimately rolling over. The Flanagan’s Towing team responded with the heavy-duty equipment needed to tackle a complicated recovery. Our operators worked to upright the truck, winch it back onto the roadway, and secure it for safe transport to our yard. Recoveries like this involve more than just getting a vehicle back on its wheels. Working with an overturned truck in wooded terrain requires careful planning, specialized recovery equipment, and experienced operators who know how to manage a potentially dangerous scene. Check out the photos below for a closer look at this challenging recovery. When an accident takes a truck well beyond the roadway, having the right team makes all the difference.
