When a Beer Run Goes Off Course

Blown Tires and One Complicated Turnpike Recovery

A heavy load of beer, blown right-side tires, and a trip into the ditch made for a recovery that required more than simply hooking up and towing away. The Flanagan’s Towing team brought in our 75-ton rotator to lift and stabilize the truck while tire service installed new tires. Once the truck was ready to roll again, there was still the matter of getting it out of the soft ground where it had become mired off the shoulder. That’s when the winches went to work. Our team carefully brought the truck back onto the roadway, turning a complicated roadside situation into a truck that could continue on its way. Sometimes the best recovery isn’t about towing a truck away. It’s about having the equipment, experience, and teamwork to get it back on the road.
